privacy: no|such|name does not receive or collect credit card information. all payments are made through the paypal service. we will not disclose any of your information to any other entity except for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
shipping: orders are dispatched once per week, and shipped per fedex ground. usual shipping time is between 5-10 business days. in special cases we will let you know if processing may take longer. if a product should be unavailable, we will let you know as well.
we package all shipments appropriately, but unfortunately can't take responsibility for damage or loss occurring during the transport. contact the shipping company in these cases. sorry, we only deliver to the US at this time.
returns: for defective or wrongly delivered items, a return number must be requested within 7 days of delivery. we will provide you with the necessary shipping information. the item must be returned within 14 days after delivery, in its original box and including all original packaging material and accessories. if these conditions are not met, additional charges may apply.
other returns can only be accepted under special circumstances. a restocking fee may apply, shipping and handling charges can not be refunded, return postage must be paid by the customer.
any order returned to us undelivered for any reason by the shipping carrier, will be refunded the total sales amount less a 25% restocking fee. any order that is refused by the customer will be charged a 50% restocking fee. return postage may additionally be charged, shipping and handling charges can not be refunded.
